Planning Permission for Winchester Student Housing

Councillors in Winchester voted unanimously to approve plans by Geoffrey Osborne Ltd to provide much needed student accommodation in the city centre.

Cratus provided a community and political engagement programme, which identified the key issues for local residents and how to address them. As a result of the communications strategy delivered by Cratus there were no objectors addressing the committee and members voted in favour.
