Cratus operates from three offices: London, Bristol and Southampton. All three offices offer the full range of Cratus services: planning communications, strategic communications with local government, Public Relations support and Cratus Communities, which focuses on the construction phase and beyond.
Cratus London is driven by a passion for our fantastic capital city and a desire to see high-quality schemes delivered that are about more than hitting housing numbers. We believe in the value of working with local government to ensure that housebuilders offer bespoke projects rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. We want to build positive relationships between local authorities and developers which can ensure a housing legacy that communities can be proud to be a part of.
Our in-depth knowledge of how councils work and our experience in how local politics drives local decision-making are what makes us effective in ensuring that your project receives the best possible hearing. Please get in touch with Julian Seymour at [email protected]
We recognise that Bristol and surrounding authorities each have their own nuances and needs and for that reason we know it’s essential to have our local team on the ground. Our offices are close to Bristol’s City Hall, making it easy for us to remain in the midst of the action. We pride ourselves on our commitment to immersing ourselves in our markets and really knowing and understanding the relevant local authority representatives and local context. Our role is to enable effective dialogue, consistent messaging and ultimately the swift delivery of private, public sector and community projects.
The Bristol office has particular experience in planning and development communications, with expert knowledge across the full spectrum of property sectors. Our team’s experience in the South West means we can fully support the direction of our clients’ projects and wider reputation. Please get in touch with Helen Tilton at [email protected]
Having an office in Southampton allows our team to provide on-hand support to our growing client base in the wider Solent region, delivering high-quality services that make a real difference in building constructive relationships between the private sector, local government and the communities they serve. .
The team’s area of focus is the south coast, from Brighton in the east and including all of Dorset and Hampshire. We combine our experience of supporting complex land promotions and contentious planning applications for regeneration projects, strategic land promotion, housing developments and employment land sites with communications services to clients in the local energy and renewables market, from supporting planning applications for energy infrastructure through to promoting energy efficiency products and services to councils keen to realise their sustainability ambitions.
Our added value is our ability to facilitate meaningful engagement between developers and local politicians, as well as with the local community. Please get in touch with Marlies Koutstaal at [email protected]
