He has spent most of his career working for or with public authorities, developing or selling commercial solutions that improve their finances and the communities where they live and work.
His experience as a bid professional has seen him lead bid teams, develop bid strategy and author winning responses. He has worked on large public sector infrastructure and services projects in both the UK and Canada.
More recently Charlie has supported the growth of new businesses, undertaking marketing, sales and business development director roles. He has a strong track record in creating opportunities, assessing client’s needs and developing compelling propositions.
