Over the years Julian has worked across the country on planning communication projects large and small. He joined Cratus in early 2018 and is responsible for the Planning Communications team.
In common with the vast majority of the Cratus team, Julian has a background in politics, starting his career as a Parliamentary Researcher with Andrew Turner, MP for the Isle of Wight.
In the many years since then, Julian has been working with developers and communities on projects spanning all the property sectors. For several years he worked closely with one of the major supermarkets during the space race, helping to win permission across their eastern region, while elsewhere he has worked on major infrastructure projects for airports, energy generators and waste disposal operators.
More recently, Julian has focused on housing in the Home Counties and wider South East. He has helped land promoters and house builders secure land allocations and helped to turn them into workable planning consents. He believes in working closely with communities to achieve a result which benefits all parties.
