Our community development skills mean that we are adept in developing social cohesion in mixed communities. We want everyone to feel that they have a place in your development, and work closely with local schools, residents’ groups and partners to establish regular events to bring people together so as to reduce the feelings of isolation and loneliness that can come on entering a brand-new area. Importantly, we spend time on initiating groups and committees who will continue our work when we leave.
We can organise a calendar of events for your development, to galvanise the community through a diary of spring, summer, autumn and winter activities. The aim is that these events cost you less and less as the build progresses, with them becoming completely self-funding as residents take the reins and do more for themselves.
Investing into building communities creates a legacy for our clients. As the decision-makers look to new opportunities and consider who they can entrust with the delivery of more new homes in their local plans, those with a proven track record of best practice and genuine community engagement will receive the support sooner than those who don’t.
Added value is found in achieving the highest sales values, with high demand for each release and the final icing on the development cake found in the outstanding customer feedback which fuels your reputation on to the next opportunity.
