Cratus London’s May Hat-trick

04.06.20

Last month saw cause for celebration here at Cratus with three unanimous approvals at committee in three different boroughs, Bromley, Havering and Kensington & Chelsea.

While the projects varied with a residential, an office and a mixed use schemer all of them were considered via virtual meetings showing that London is already opening back up and for many councils, this will become part of business as usual.

We’re proud of the work carried out in support of our clients to help gain these permissions and have outlined a little more about each of them below.
