One Week – Two Unanimous Approvals

This week Cratus Communications secured unanimous approval at committee when seeking to obtain planning consent for two of our clients in two local authorities..

Our London team helped our client secure unanimous approval in Brent for 50 residential units. The Cratus team provided high level strategic engagement and committee briefing services as well as a mock committee session to rehearse the applicant team. We very much enjoyed pretending to be challenging committee members!

We also secured unanimous approval in Wokingham for a large PRS scheme – the first of its type in the Borough. Through a thorough programme of engagement with local stakeholders the team was able to demonstrate the benefits of the PRS model and secure buy-in from the community for the application.

These two applications continue Cratus’ 100% record of success in both Brent and Wokingham.
